Grated Coconut – 3 cups

Sugar – 1 cup

Mango juice (freshly squeezed or canned) – 1 cup

Cardamom powder – 1 Tsp

Method:


Combine grated coconut, sugar, and mango juice in a wok. Mix well and cook over medium flame.
